TERMS:

All items listed and sold by PR39 Wholesale are New Old Stock items in their original factory packaging, and Per the Manufacturers Written Warranty Terms, Tanks are Warranted for 5 Years from the date of installation.

TURNAROUND TIME:

Most orders will ship same day if order is placed before 11:00 AM EST Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Otherwise orders will ship Next Business day.  

SHIPPING:

For all Single Tank shipping we will use UPS Ground. For multiple Tank orders PR39 Wholesale will ship via LTL freight carriers.  Shipping Rate is ($150.00 for the first Tank and $50.00 for ea. additional tank.) Please inspect your Tank upon receipt for any signs of shipping damage, and notify us of any damage promptly. Local pick up is available just email or call us to arrange.

RETURN:

Items found to be damaged upon arrival need to be reported so they can be  claimed with the carrier. Items returned for reasons other than shipping damage or factory defects will be treated as follows. In the event of a return, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee associated with the return shipment.
